Rental Support

When you join Reliable, through our Inspection Program, you are entitled to our Rental Support Program. This program covers the logistics of arrival and departure issues and while termed rental support, it applies to any guest including your own comings and goings. 

It begins when you advise us of the arrivals and departures concerning your property. If you need the home cleaned, our cleaning service (described on this website) will thoroughly clean your home on the dates you specify so that the home will be clean upon arrival or after departure. At no extra charge, regardless of whether we have cleaned or not, we will visit the home on the day of arrival and make sure that the temperature is set to a comfortable level, blinds are open, a few lights left on for safety when arriving after dark and the water heater and ice maker are turned on. If we have cleaned the unit, we will also leave fresh flowers and a ten day weather report.

We can install a coded lock box to make key access available to anyone to whom you provide the code. This greatly assists late night arrivals or early departures.  We are also available to your renters and guests 24/7 in the event of any problems that arise with your home during their stay. 

Most of our clients rent their homes themselves.
