Arrival Services
As an inspection customer of Reliable, we provide arrival services for you and your family/guests at no extra charge (includes rental guests only if we have cleaned prior to arrival). Just tell us in advance and we will make sure your home is warm and cozy or cool and comfortable when you or your guests arrive.
Prior to your arrival, we will visit your home and perform the following:
- Check thermostat
- Turn on water
- Turn on water heater
- Check & turn on lights & ceiling fans as needed
- Turn on ice maker
- Turn on outside lights
Additional charge items would include:
- Put out deck furniture as requested
- Arrange special services such as:
- Cleaning
- Food shopping
- Flowers
- Other requests
If we have cleaned your home, we will also provide an arrival gift at no additional cost. If we have not cleaned your home an arrival gift is available at extra cost.
