Arrival Services

As an inspection customer of Reliable, we provide arrival services at no extra charge. Just tell us in advance and we will make sure your home is warm and cozy or cool and comfortable when you or your guests arrive.

Prior to your arrival, we will visit your home and perform the following:

• Check thermostat
• Turn on water
• Turn on water heater
• Check & turn on lights & ceiling fans as needed
• Turn on ice maker
• Turn on outside lights

Additional charge items would include:

• Put out deck furniture as requested
• Arrange special services such as:
• Cleaning
• Food shopping
• Flowers
• Other requests

If we have cleaned your home, we will also provide fresh flowers at no additional cost. If we have not cleaned your home, flowers are available at extra cost.
