Application Process
Contact us by phone or e-mail and a manager (normally Al Fitzgerald-843-557-9606 cell) will assist you in answering any questions you may have. If you are in the Charleston area, we can arrange to meet you. If you are not in the local area, you can obtain the necessary client forms listed below here on this website or we can mail them to you and assist you in their completion:

Also the manager will make arrangements for us to “walk the property” giving us the opportunity to obtain filter sizes and determine the location of HVAC intakes, main water shut offs, security devices and any items unique to your home.
Lastly:
- Provide us with a key to your home
- Let us know if you would like a lock box installed ($60 installed)
- Advise us if anyone else has a key to your property
- Decide upon a start date for inspections
- Advise us of any cleaning and arrival/departure dates
- Discuss any special requests with one of our managers
