Inspection Program
The cornerstone to our management of your property is a semi-monthly inspection program (we can provide weekly inspections if you wish). We feel this is sufficient to properly manage your property. An inspector will follow not only a detailed checklist of all areas inside, outside and around your property but will add comments, recommendations and suggestions in appropriate areas. Our inspectors utilize notebook PCs which allows them to enter data into our system while in the field converting written notes to text. This provides you with an easy to read well organized form to review.
Any items that need immediate attention will be handled based on your instructions. Otherwise the inspection results will be posted on the web site for your review.
Any needed repairs authorized by the owner will be contracted and billed separately. The bill will include a fee for supervision of the work. Our managment service includes cash managment, periodic progress reports with photos, a project timeline and quality gaurantee. The companies we utilize are fully insured and perform quality work to your satisfaction.
As mentioned elsewhere, in order to avail our many other services, our inspections program is required.
