Cleaning Services

We provide cleaning services for your villa, cottage, or house. We use our own cleaning supplies which include brand name products. We also supply our own brooms, mops cleaning cloths and Oreck vacuum cleaners.

Our service begins when you request a cleaning. We try to set the cleaning date during the week as cleanings on week ends are slightly more expensive. We do not utilize a crew of cleaners that descend upon your home. Usually one cleaner is assigned to your home (sometimes two depending upon the size of your home and/or if time is a factor). We do laundry on site. We do not mix your laundry in with others. In most cases, the laundry is completed within the normal time it takes to clean the home resulting in no additional charge. Sometimes, due to limited washer capacity and the amount of linens/towels that need cleaning, additional time is required.

Homes and villas are on an hourly basis of $35/hour Monday — Friday and $45/hr on week ends. We only require at least 5 days notice on cleaning requests. Requests of shorter noticed a subject to a 50% upcharge and limited to staff availability

After your home has been cleaned, an inspector will walk the home to make sure our standards have been met.

On occasion during heavy demand periods, we will use outside contracted cleaning services. However, all cleanings are managed and inspected by our personnel and adhere to our same high standards.

Also, because of minimal demand and the difficulty of staffing, we do not offer Sunday cleanings.

We have three levels of cleaning: Prep Cleaning, Full Cleaning and Spring/Fall Cleaning:

The cost for a prep cleaning is generally about half that of a full cleaning and the cost of a spring/fall cleaning is generally double that of a full cleaning.

PREP Cleaning:

This is a pre-arrival cleaning.

  • Wipe down counters, cook top in kitchen
  • Dust tables and furniture tops
  • Highlight vacuuming and floor cleaning
  • Sweep and/or blow decks
  • Wipe down deck tables and chairs
  • Spruce up bathrooms
  • Check and replace light bulbs

Complete Cleaning:

This is a complete cleaning and is normally performed at the end of your stay or after extended non-use.

  • Complete cleaning of all bathrooms
  • Complete cleaning of the kitchen (except oven, unless requested) clean out the refrigerator where necessary and wipe down shelves

Spring/ Fall Cleaning:

This is an in-depth cleaning and our most complete cleaning service. It is recommended to have this cleaning done at least once a year or before seasonal use. In addition to the items under COMPLETE cleaning, it would include:

  • Waxing floors
  • Wash decks and porches
  • Dust blinds, mirrors, picture frames, shelves, baseboards, windows, fans and ceilings
  • Clean out drawers and cabinets in the kitchen
  • Clean draperies, blinds, and upholstery
  • Clean garage
  • Turn mattresses
  • Rug cleaning
  • Run and empty dishwasher
  • Dust tables and furniture
  • Empty all trash
  • Clean floors
  • Vacuum entire house
  • Laundry (up to 3 hours, charge per hour after)
  • Make beds and arrange towels
  • Clean all decks and porches
  • Check and replace light bulbs
