Concierge Plus

Reliable’s new Premier Property Concierge Plus program is offered as a special enhancement to our regular property management services. With Concierge Plus you still receive all of the care you have come to expect with our property management program, but in addition you will receive:

• A dedicated property manager who will handle all aspects of your property
• A manager who will do all of your inspections and contact you immediately if a problem is noticed.
• At your option, you may elect to delegate discretion to your property manager to resolve minor issues without having to bother you. Items mentioned on the inspection form will be handled and corrected in most cases before they are even posted on the web site.
• Your dedicated manager will be available for you to contact via cell phone and/or e-mail to respond to requests or answer questions.
• Your manager will also be available to handle any issues that arise when guests are visiting your property
• You may contact your manager directly to schedule activities or continue to e-mail our office in the normal fashion.
• Your manager will oversee any repairs or special projects concerning your property and you will always be kept informed as to progress or issues.

With Concierge Plus, you have the luxury of developing a direct relationship with an individual. You are able to customize the management of your property in whatever manner is best for you.
