“I have been using the various services of Reliable for three years. I am most definitely a satisfied customer. I primarily use them for cleaning and regular inspection of my four rental properties on Kiawah Island. I also use their maintenance services in emergencies.
As I live on Kiawah, I am able to see RPM at work first hand. Their cleaners are very thorough. I see them scrubbing on their hands and knees, dusting everything, including blinds, and making our places sparkle for each new set of rental guests.
The inspectors keep me apprised of maintenance issues from the small, like light bulbs needing replacement, to large, like washers on the way out. What I particularly like is that they ask me if I would to take care of the problem myself, or if I would like them to do it through their maintenance team. This enables me to control maintenance costs.
The Reliable team is very personable. I have gotten to know most of them quite well, and find that they know me and my properties quite well in return. To put “Reliable” in your company name is inviting derision and disaster if you are not prepared to back it up with your actual performance. In my experience, the company chose the right name.”
