Reliable's Offices
Reliable's offices are located at 1003 Landfall Way, Johns Island, SC 29455. We are just outside the Seabrook Main gate next door to the Red Sky Grille. Please stop in and visit us.
Bob Montague
Bob is the owner of Reliable. Born in Boston, he lived in the New England area all his life until moving to Seabrook Island in 1998. A graduate of Boston University, he bought and sold companies specializing in sales and marketing. He and his wife Mimi have two children and five grandchildren. While living in the Boston area, they owned a second home on a ski mountain in New Hampshire. At times they had both short term and long term rentals using it. This experience became the basis for owner support programs that Reliable offers. When not running the business, you will find Bob playing golf or enjoying the Charleston area.
Jeff Montague
Jeff is a Vice President of Reliable responsible for our property construction, maintenance and repair operations including full responsibility for all aspects of our corporate client on Kiawah. Jeff grew up in Boston and attended Ohio Wesleyan University. He was a commissioned officer in the US Navy specializing in Military Intelligence from 1997 to 2002 and recalled from 2003 to 2006 where he saw duty in Iraq assigned in Baghdad. When in the states he was stationed in Virginia also doing work for government contractors. He continues on Reserve duty. He and his wife, Leslie, with their two children, Mason & Nicole, ages 4 and 7, moved to South Carolina in 2006.
Al Fitzgerald
Al is a native of Southern California. He worked in Los Angeles and Houston in the insurance industry for 30 years. He and his wife Barbara vacationed on Kiawah and Seabrook from the early 1980s before building a home on Kiawah and retiring here in 2000. A graduate of UCLA, Al has been with Reliable since April of 2005 and is primarily responsible for marketing and sales, but also assists in office administration and the inspection process.
Leslie Montague
Leslie brings over 10 years of property management experience to Reliable. She began her career managing residential apartments in Texas continuing that role in Virginia following her husband Jeff's US Naval career. In the past 8 years she has specialized in the management of regimes on Seabrook Island. Leslie manages the day to day operations of the regimes which include maintaining accounts receivable and payable. She also contracts and inspects associated sub-contrator services.
Rikki White
Rikki is responsible for the entire daily houskeeping operation of our corporate client on Kiawah. While her duties may seldom bring her into direct contact with individual homewoners, her long time experience with Reliable provides greatly needed support. Rikki was born in Milton, West Virginia but moved with her family to Charleston when she was four. She considers herself a native to the area. Her husband Edward works for Alcoa Aluminum and they have a 7 year old son, Tripp.
Megan Burns
Megan is responsible for the office accounting including invoicing and billing questions as well as the housekeeping operation. Questions regarding these issues should be directed to Megan. Megan joined Reliable with over five years experience as a bookkeeper. She is a native Charlestonian and married her husband, Sean last year.
Lora Zidlick
Lora is our office administrator handling the scheduling of housekeeping and work requests. She oversees the reception area and will most likely be the person you first speak to when calling our office. Lora is a native of New Jersey who located in Charleston 11 years ago. She and her husband Matt have a 1 year old daughter, Lela.
Matt Fogle
Matt, along with Leslie Montague, handles regime management for Reliable. He grew up in Virginia's Delmarva Peninsula moving to Charleston in 2002 to manage marina operations for River's Edge Marina in North Charleston. Matt joined Reliable in 2010 and lives with his wife Alicia in West Ashley.
Reliable Complaint Department
With 9 combined years of complaining experience, our staff consisting of Mason Montague (left) and Tripp White (right) will resolve any customer service issues efficiently.
