When we accept a new client, in addition to providing the best service we are capable, our goal is to make a new friend who can look to us for all of the things that a good friend can provide. Reliable opened its doors nine years ago. It began out of frustration. The owner, Bob Montague, was experiencing a difficult time finding reliable services needed to maintain his home at reasonable prices. Just getting service providers to keep an appointment was a challenge. Bob saw that many of his neighbors on Seabrook were in the same position and felt that there should be a better way. Reliable Property Management was born out of this need and has grown steadily ever since. Each successive year has seen steady growth as knowledge about our company and what we do has circulated. We have grown steadily and in October 2005 we began providing our services to the residents of Kiawah Island in response to numerous requests. Reliable also manages thirteen home owner regimes on Seabrook.

Our approach to property management is different from that of most management companies. Our philosophy is based on the fact that your home is your asset. We never lose sight of that. We provide services when you ask us to provide them. We act according to your wishes with a goal of minimizing costs rather than driving costs up through a regimen of automatic fees and charges. If you would like to rent your home, but would also like to use it extensively yourself, we are the perfect solution. Since one of our services is rental support ( rather than rental agency), you handle and control the actual rental process. We handle the cleaning and arrival. You keep most of your rental proceeds and have complete control over when you use your own property. No one will tell you that you have used your own property too much or tell you to improve your property in a certain way.
